The employees are fantastic, but the management really needs to revamp their pricing structure. It's completely off. If they insist on cash payments, they should at least waive the ATM fee or make their signage more prominent so customers are fully informed.

Absolutely dreadful. The service lasted a whopping 2.5 hours, rushed and unsatisfactory. When I requested corrections, the technician adamantly refused. The manager proceeded to berate the entire staff in front of a full store of customers. I paid $85 for a supposed gel coffin shape, only to find literal air bubbles underneath, a crooked and misshapen finish. The polish on my toes began peeling off in less than 24 hours, with 4 toes completely bare by the 48-hour mark. Clearly overpriced for such shoddy work. My feet still feel rough as if I've been walking on rocks. A disgrace. I had to spend an additional $75 elsewhere to rectify the mess. The nude set is from INSTAGRAM: @Kremedela.nails
