Absolutely dreadful. The service lasted a whopping 2.5 hours, rushed and unsatisfactory. When I requested corrections, the technician adamantly refused. The manager proceeded to berate the entire staff in front of a full store of customers. I paid $85 for a supposed gel coffin shape, only to find literal air bubbles underneath, a crooked and misshapen finish. The polish on my toes began peeling off in less than 24 hours, with 4 toes completely bare by the 48-hour mark. Clearly overpriced for such shoddy work. My feet still feel rough as if I've been walking on rocks. A disgrace. I had to spend an additional $75 elsewhere to rectify the mess. Regrettably, I did not have the opportunity to experience the exceptional service that this salon is known for providing. An issue with their online booking system led to my rescheduled appointment being canceled. Despite receiving an email confirming the change, it seems that I was expected to understand that without a confirmation email, the appointment was not valid. This realization came as I arrived at the salon after leaving work early, only to find out that my stylist had already left for the day. I had waited for a month for this appointment, as it was the earliest available. Although offered to reschedule, I am uncertain why I should trust that the same issue would not occur again. As a new client, the first impression is crucial, and unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed. I was looking forward to having this salon be a part of my journey, and I had even referred someone here. The employees are fantastic, but the management really needs to revamp their pricing structure. It's completely off.
