I scheduled an appointment with West Coast Salon after inquiring about the cost of a manicure and pedicure over the phone. I was informed that the combined price was $$40.00. Finding the rate reasonable and having read predominantly positive reviews, I proceeded to make a booking. Upon settling the bill, I was taken aback and embarrassed when the individual providing the services mentioned that the total for me would be $$45.00. Feeling the gaze of others, I reluctantly agreed, added a $$6.00 tip, and hastily departed. A dreadful experience.
Fantastic haircut. Planning to return for a color and trim in September. The salon is stunning, and Lindsay is exceptionally pleasant and skilled at her craft. Delighted with the outcome.
