I visited for a touch-up, trim, brow shaping, and gloss. The staff was friendly and professional. I was surprised that the stylist didn't use a protective cream to prevent dye staining my skin. After rinsing, there was no product to remove the excess dye on my forehead and neck, leaving stains for days. Despite this, the stylist was skilled and did well with the color, waxing, cutting, and glossing. My hair looked shiny, and I was pleased with the blowout. However, I was disappointed by the noticeable dye marks on my pale skin.
Discovered my new favorite salon! Since day one, the team here has made me feel like a long-time friend. Lauren is fantastic; her coloring is flawless, and I trust her style for cutting and blowouts. The salon is also very welcoming to children, which is a big plus for me. Thank you, ladies! :)
I've been on the hunt for a hairstylist for a decade. I've had disappointing experiences in the past – too dark, white streaks, too orange, you name it. After the pandemic, I had given up hope.
