I visited for a touch-up, trim, brow shaping, and gloss. The staff was friendly and professional. I was surprised that the stylist didn't use a protective cream to prevent dye staining my skin. After rinsing, there was no product to remove the excess dye on my forehead and neck, leaving stains for days.
Despite this, the stylist was skilled and did well with the color, waxing, cutting, and glossing. My hair looked shiny, and I was pleased with the blowout. However, I was disappointed by the noticeable dye marks on my pale skin.FOILED.
