The Community Network (TCN) has massively declined in quality over the years. The crisis line staff, in particular, are extremely lacking in empathy and support. During a critical moment when I disclosed my suicidal intentions, their response was shockingly dismissive, advising me to wait until the next day. This led to a suicide attempt and a lengthy stay in the ICU. Therapist Mark Moorman even went as far as rudely telling me to leave his office during a crisis. My psychiatrist, Georgia Lindsey, consistently fails to listen and resorts to advising me to use coping skills in severe situations. Despite my clear need for case management services, TCN refuses, citing me as "too high functioning". However, other agencies readily offer the necessary support. In conclusion, TCN's priorities seem solely focused on financial gain rather than genuine care for individuals.
