I've never rated a diner before but here goes. I will never go back to this place. The customer service is incredibly poor. I phoned this morning with a query and was put on hold forever. I had called last week and the call was almost as bad. So I went over there and was treated like I was an ignoramus. What's the issue? IDK but whatever it is, I have no desire to ever return.
I've been getting groceries there, ever since Publix came to Springfield. They renovated an existing supermarket, and upgraded it. Their staff are cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. The store is very clean, well-stocked, and their prices are reasonable. And I really appreciate their curbside pickup, also. A small side note: the staff spend their own money to buy the cat treats they hand out at the curbside. That makes them special, to me.
I've been getting my groceries here for years. They use to be Kroger. So much better since changing to Publix. Friendly & skilled staff. I genuinely appreciate the cashier & their daily commitment to customers.
