Excellent service! Received a full hour of rejuvenating massage that significantly improved my back's mobility and flexibility. Will definitely be back for more! Booking an appointment was hassle-free.
Today I experienced a 30 minute massage. Before the session, they requested payment upfront. After settling the bill, they also asked for a tip. This seemed odd to me, as a fellow massage therapist, we typically have clients pay after the session and leave tipping optional. We never demand or bring it up unless paying with a card. During the massage, the therapist stepped out to assist another client, apologizing upon return. Towards the end, she abruptly declared, "all done." Upon checking the clock, I realized I only received a 20 minute massage, excluding time spent with the other client. Feeling shortchanged, had I known, I wouldn't have tipped and regretted spending my money. Learn from my experience, avoid this place.
For a top-notch massage, this establishment is the place to be. The team exudes friendliness and professionalism. My shoulder and back pain vanished under their care. Looking forward to my next visit.
