I visited this salon based on recommendations, but I received the worst haircut and color in all my 60 years. Please be cautious if you consider going here. It will take me at least six months to fix this disaster. I'm so devastated that I might need to shave my head to leave the house. It's that bad! I'm in tears. I'll have to find someone else to correct the color. I may have to opt for a very short style to fix this haircut. I can't even express how upset I am.

I've never rated a diner before but here goes. I will never go back to this place. The customer service is incredibly poor. I phoned this morning with a query and was put on hold forever. I had called last week and the call was almost as bad. So I went over there and was treated like I was an ignoramus. What's the issue? Scheduled an appointment yesterday and managed to secure a slot for the same day. Upon arrival, the studio had a clean and spacious ambiance. I was told that I would be attended to shortly. The only thing that struck me as odd was that I wasn't asked to fill out any forms or provide my ID to verify my age. Although I am of legal age, I found this lack of protocol a bit unusual for a professional establishment. My tattoo artist, River, did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend their services. River's work was outstanding. I visited Roots for a haircut for the first time, and I was thrilled with the results! The staff members were incredibly friendly, did an excellent job, and the pricing was more reasonable compared to other salons I've visited. I wholeheartedly recommend Roots to others!

Edited to add: I was contacted by a stylist on their personal phone to inquire about rescheduling, and when I didn't respond to their message, they canceled my appointment without informing me and never followed up or notified me of the cancellation.
