I visited Roots for a haircut for the first time, and I was thrilled with the results! The staff members were incredibly friendly, did an excellent job, and the pricing was more reasonable compared to other salons I've visited. I wholeheartedly recommend Roots to others!
I recently moved to the region and decided to try out a local salon. Upon entering, I was taken aback by the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Despite my initial hesitations, I proceeded with my appointment. To my dismay, I ended up with the worst balayage of my life, and Carmen went much lighter than I had requested. Upon returning home, I noticed a burnt smell emanating from my hair, and my ends were severely damaged. After washing and treating my hair, I realized that my naturally curly locks were completely ruined and fried. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore my curls; they will have to grow out. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone.
