Edited to add: I was contacted by a stylist on their personal phone to inquire about rescheduling, and when I didn't respond to their message, they canceled my appointment without informing me and never followed up or notified me of the cancellation. Therefore, my review still stands as unprofessional and inappropriate.
Cheyann always tends to my hair and lashes, and they are so kind and knowledgeable. They truly take their time and strive to explain everything thoroughly. The ambiance is incredibly soothing and tastefully designed. The shampoo stations are the comfiest I've encountered in any salon. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a change or a touch up!
