This salon is stunning, with exceptional customer service and talent! I had a gel manicure by Natasha and my nails looked stunning. It lasted well over a fortnight. I've been getting my lashes done by Taylor for over 2 years now. I absolutely adore how they look once she's done with my set. I used to frequent one of the top salons in Orange County, but the prices became too steep and I wasn't satisfied with the results. Occasionally, due to my allergies, some of my lashes fall out after a week, prompting me to reach out to Taylor for a quick fix with a half set. She's reliable and accommodating. Her salon is a haven. I don't recall the individual's name who tended to my nails, but her demeanor was quite unpleasant! Furthermore, the outcome of my nails was subpar. It appears that the individual who performed the service was only skilled in pedicures. Regrettably, the quality of the nail work was lacking. The pricing was indeed reasonable, however, the end result did not justify the cost. The shape of the nails was wide, uneven, and chaotic. The $38 I spent was not worth it! If possible, I would rate them zero stars. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the shape, the response I received was, "I'm not finished yet."
