I don't recall the individual's name who tended to my nails, but her demeanor was quite unpleasant! Furthermore, the outcome of my nails was subpar. It appears that the individual who performed the service was only skilled in pedicures. Regrettably, the quality of the nail work was lacking. The pricing was indeed reasonable, however, the end result did not justify the cost. The shape of the nails was wide, uneven, and chaotic. The $38 I spent was not worth it! If possible, I would rate them zero stars. Additionally, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the shape, the response I received was, "I'm not finished yet." I would not recommend this place, 0 out of 10, find an alternative salon.
I specifically asked for long, square nails, but they were not executed correctly; I ended up with coffin-style nails that were not in line with my request. I even showed a photo to illustrate the desired outcome, especially since it was Mother's Day weekend and I wanted to pamper myself. The work was unsatisfactory considering the $100 I paid; the result was not what I expected. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Jenny, the owner, and the pricing should have reflected the job done. I will not be returning for another service.
Absolutely dreadful. The nail technician I was assigned seemed disinterested and provided inadequate service. Despite my repeated requests for gentler treatment around my cuticles, she was very rough while working on my toes. As for the acrylic nails, I had been to Jenny's thrice before and had great experiences, but this time was a disaster. I had requested medium-length almond-shaped acrylics with a coral French tip. However, the outcome was a mismatch of short and medium lengths with varying shapes on each nail. I politely pointed out the color discrepancy, but the technician insisted it was correct (which it clearly wasn't). After leaving, I chose not to say anything, but my mother called in tears due to the appalling appearance of the nails. Despite this, the salon refused to issue a refund and essentially took $110 without providing satisfactory service.
