Upon my visit last week to acquire a wig, I found the atmosphere to be quite chaotic and loud, which left me feeling uneasy. The lack of professionalism was evident, with disruptive behavior and children running around and screaming throughout the establishment.
I underwent the eyebrow "lamination" process at this establishment, but it felt more like my eyebrows were partially shaved off, over-processed, and then I was given a complimentary lash growth serum without any discount. The result? My brows are now sparser, requiring more filling in instead of the promised enhancement. While I appreciate the serum, it seems the technician may benefit from additional training in brow services. I wanted to share my experience to caution others relying on reviews like I did, hoping for well-executed laminated brows.
Wow, my inaugural visit here was met with utmost respect and kindness from everyone. The range of services they offer is impressive, including a bustling restaurant and bar on-site. During my visit, the place was lively with patrons. As for my service, it was exceptional, and the massage chairs for drying hair are simply divine. I even dozed off during the massage and woke up feeling rejuvenated to complete my appointment. I highly recommend giving Beauty Lounge a chance, folks.
