Visited this establishment for the first time today and it was truly EXCEPTIONAL!! I used to frequent another location regularly, but sought out something new and closer due to a recent relocation. Came in for an acrylic fill and she was incredibly kind! A genuinely warm individual who engaged in meaningful conversation! It was a delightful experience getting acquainted with my technician while having my nails done! The fill was impeccably done, with meticulous attention to detail in the acrylic application and French tip. In addition to the outstanding customer service, the ambiance of the place is exquisite and impeccably maintained! I felt completely at ease here and will definitely be returning for future appointments! Furthermore, my partner indulged in a pedicure (his usual accompaniment to my nail sessions for his own pampering and enjoyment) and he was THRILLED. It was the best pedicure he's ever had, with the staff taking their time and providing exceptional service! Thank you once again!!
