I have been here a couple times where I was able to just walk in and get my felines nails trimmed. I like that you don’t have to make an appointment. You don’t wait long. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant today I took him again and asked to trim the back of his bottom, she trimmed his nails, trimmed his paws and brushed him out he looks beautiful fabulous job always very happy if anyone needs a great place to take their kitty this is it
To put it mildly I am so let down with the care of my pup today. They entirely tore his claw, and left his belly and his rear untrimmed, and left his ears filthy. $110(before tip) for them to just bathe him, and harm his nail. He’s been coming to this spot for a few years now and over the past year they have not trimmed him short like we’ve requested, leave his ears damp, and other issues like that. We also ask for a special shampoo to be used on him and again that was not done either. They came up with an excuse saying he leaped off the platform oddly and hurt his nail myself. He is sobbing, hobbling, and bleeding all over the place. This spot has surely declined over the years, totally unprofessional.
