This establishment has consistently provided exceptional service. I have been a patron of this spa since its previous location across from Park Ave. Every visit has been delightful. I have indulged in numerous massages and facials with various staff members, all of which have been enjoyable. However, today's experience was truly exceptional. Ari performed my massage, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Each therapist has a unique technique, so I appreciate trying them all. This particular massage was unlike any I have ever had before. I would definitely schedule another session with her. Upon returning home, I inquired with my spouse if Ari was the therapist he had previously raved about - and indeed she was! We are both extremely satisfied clients. Subsequently, I received a detox wrap and aromatherapy facial from Pam, both of which were incredibly relaxing. Nikki has also provided me with fantastic facials in the past. While I do not visit as frequently as I would like, each visit is a true indulgence. Many thanks to the entire team!
Today, I had a fantastic experience at the salon! Phoenix went above and beyond to ensure my son felt at ease and comfortable during his haircut. We are both thrilled with the results! I highly recommend this establishment for individuals of all ages.
I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. The staff is unwelcoming to new customers. I opted for a Partial Foil hair highlights ($150) and a Cezanne Keratin Treatment ($300). Having undergone the Cezanne Keratin Treatment previously, I was familiar with the expected outcomes. However, following my visit to St Cyr by Carbonneau salon, all the effects were lost after the initial hair wash. Despite waiting the recommended 48 hours before washing, there was no noticeable difference. My hair remained wavy and lacked the promised smoothness, particularly in the inner layers. The salon's website claims the treatment lasts for 5 months, yet it did not even endure through 3 washes.
