The stylist was 40 minutes late to the appointment and later texted me asking for a tip. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, and now I have to seek another salon to fix my hair. This establishment has consistently provided exceptional service. I have been a patron of this spa since its previous location across from Park Ave. Every visit has been delightful. I have indulged in numerous massages and facials with various staff members, all of which have been enjoyable. However, today's experience was truly exceptional. Ari performed my massage, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Each therapist has a unique technique, so I appreciate trying them all. This particular massage was unlike any I have ever had before. I would definitely schedule another session with her. Upon returning home, I inquired with my spouse if Ari was the therapist he had previously raved about - and indeed she was! We are both extremely satisfied clients. Subsequently, I received a detox wrap and aromatherapy facial from Pam, both of which were incredibly relaxing. Nikki has also provided me with fantastic facials in the past. While I do not visit as frequently as I would like, each visit is a true indulgence. I discovered Emery on Instagram and I am ECSTATIC I did! I wanted to experiment with vivid hair colors for the first time, and Emery is truly a master. I've never had hair that garnered compliments and sparked envy or admiration from others, but now I do! I opted for a pink halo dye initially and felt absolutely stunning. Presently, I sport a gradient from pink to purple with some lovely wispy bangs. The transition is breathtaking, resembling a mermaid and I adore it! I'm thrilled to explore many more beautiful hues in the future, and continue to receive exceptional hair care advice and engage in wonderful conversations every visit. Chunky cuts, not small sections, rushed cut. Worst salon ever. Had to visit Rob Roys to fix. Rob Roys said my hair was severely chopped, can't rush a Bob. Avoid this place.
