If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. A few moons ago, I attempted to access Sea Grass Therapies' website through their Google profile, only to encounter a malicious redirect that tried to install harmful software on my browser. I promptly reached out to their office, leaving a voicemail about this grave issue. Sadly, my call went unanswered, and it seems my warning was disregarded. The malicious URL redirect persists, and I write this review in the hope that the company takes action to rectify this security threat. As a business with an online presence, they bear a responsibility for their customers' digital safety. Their most recent review dates back 8 months - a concerning lapse in attention to such a critical matter.
My recent visit to Sea Grass was truly delightful. Ainsley provided a fantastic massage, addressing my problem areas while ensuring a deeply relaxing experience. The facial treatment by Alex was exceptional, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and cared for. Both professionals were friendly and knowledgeable, creating a serene atmosphere at the spa. This was my first visit, but I am already planning to return. The tranquility of Sea Grass stands out from the busy salons in the area; perhaps they should consider opening on Sundays to attract more clients. A hidden gem indeed.
