I met with Libby for my curly cut, and I must say she is truly exceptional at her craft. Initially, I hesitated, thinking my voluminous, ethnic hair might be too much for her to handle. However, I decided to give her a chance, and words cannot express how delighted I am that I did. She brings your curl vision to life and meticulously explains and demonstrates the product usage tailored for your hair. As someone who has visited various curl specialists over the years, she stands out as the best I have ever encountered. Even the hair washing chair was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Typically, in other places, you end up sliding down and getting drenched, causing neck stiffness. Similarly, during the diffusing process, the positioning can be uncomfortable, but Libby intuitively knows how to handle it all, almost magically, exuding positivity and good energy. The Innersense products she used made my hair feel incredibly healthy and vibrant. Scheduling with her is a decision you won't regret! The pricing was fair, and I left purchasing the products she applied to my hair because Libby and her products have truly transformed my hair. The only downside was the drive from Akron to downtown Wooster, but she is worth the journey. She recommended a daytime appointment, mentioning the cool spots to explore downtown.
