Michelle worked on my toes and Linda did my nails. They were both fantastic!! Exceptional and welcoming customer service. They offer a really nice wine selection if that's your thing, and it's tasty. Very tidy, perfect for a girls' night out. The Christmas tree and flower wall are beautiful. The decor is truly stunning. Prices are fair! This is absurd. I've been frequenting this place for half a year. I consistently request a vibrant white hue with a hint of purple glow. However, on this occasion, they claimed they couldn't locate it. Instead, they applied a similar color, but midway through, the discrepancy in shades became apparent. The initial coat was visible underneath. The technician seemed unperturbed by this. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, he opted to apply a thicker layer. Upon completion, the top coat revealed a glaring green glow, not the expected purple. Moreover, the previous purple hue was still visible in the final result. The "cream" or "off white" tone was far from the requested white. My expectations were high, but I won't be returning.
