Upon closer inspection post-payment, I discovered the truth. Despite presenting evidence of the switch, she continued to deny it. We were greeted by a quiet lady, then another person of Asian descent who was eating in the back. Midway through my manicure, she offered a massage, claiming it was complimentary. However, at checkout, we discovered she had charged us for it. When we questioned the unexpected fee, she reluctantly offered a discount to appease us. What a scam!
