I have to warn everyone about this place - it's a total rip-off! We only wanted a simple manicure and pedicure, but the experience was a letdown. The atmosphere was dull, no music playing. We were greeted by a quiet lady, then another person of Asian descent who was eating in the back. Midway through my manicure, she offered a massage, claiming it was complimentary. However, at checkout, we discovered she had charged us for it. When we questioned the unexpected fee, she reluctantly offered a discount to appease us. What a scam! The nail job was subpar too, rating it 2 out of 5.
I must say, this nail salon is truly exceptional. I've been a loyal customer for a decade now, and the service never fails to impress. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Today, I brought my daughter along, and the way they handled her was just heartwarming. They even went the extra mile to put a sparkle heart on each of her tiny nails - such a sweet gesture! Check out the photos below for proof. My gel manicure and traditional pedicure look fresh and impeccable. The attention to detail they showed makes me excited to bring my daughter here as she grows up.
