I saw an advertisement on my Instagram for a bikini wax deal for new clients, so I opted for a Brazilian and made an appointment in advance. It was my first time getting waxed in that area, so I was quite nervous and a bit jittery lol. Vanessa was incredibly kind and reassuring, explaining everything thoroughly; she really helped me keep calm. It was painful, but not as bad as I anticipated, and I could bear it. I usually avoid pain, but I've already booked my next appointment, which speaks volumes. Definitely worth trying out this place!
The ladies here struggle with sugaring, often resorting to hard wax mid-service. They frequently run very late, causing appointments to start 10-15 minutes behind schedule or even get canceled due to their backlog. The exceptional technician has left, and now they are refusing to refund unused credits.
