The team at Candessa are absolutely fantastic and incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable. Their services have benefited me in numerous ways and I am eternally thankful for them and all they do. The establishment is so elegant and always immaculate. I highly suggest this spa for anyone in need of ANY of their services.

It's becoming tough to rationalize visiting this place, particularly after two haircuts went awry today. We typically choose this spot for its affordability, so we're not anticipating a luxurious salon experience, but they couldn't even follow basic instructions today? One person in our group asked them to trim her hair half an inch below her chin—they ended up cutting it above her chin instead. It's not a flattering look. And my spouse's haircut was the messiest it's ever been. He came home and immediately headed to the bathroom with a pair of scissors to start fixing it. I saw an advertisement on my Instagram for a bikini wax deal for new clients, so I opted for a Brazilian and made an appointment in advance. It was my first time getting waxed in that area, so I was quite nervous and a bit jittery lol. Vanessa was incredibly kind and reassuring, explaining everything thoroughly; she really helped me keep calm. It was painful, but not as bad as I anticipated, and I could bear it. I usually avoid pain, but I've already booked my next appointment, which speaks volumes.
