I have frequented this salon for over two decades, mainly for seasonal pedicures in the summer and manicures for special occasions like holidays or parties. Despite the change in ownership, I have grown to appreciate the new owners just as much as the previous ones. The service quality aligns well with the pricing, and I particularly enjoy the mid-range pedicure. Recently, my youngest has taken an interest in nail art, and Michael, the current owner, excels in this area. I would love to showcase his talent through pictures. Please note that appointments are necessary for Michael's nail art services. Throughout my visits, I have had different staff members attend to me, and I must say, everyone is professional and does an excellent job, whether it's chip, powder, gel nails, or acrylics – I have no complaints whatsoever.
Upon reaching Love Nails at 1:30, I was asked to return at 2:15. However, upon my return, I was informed that there was no time available for me. Despite not being a regular nail salon visitor, I decided to give them a chance, only to be turned away due to a supposed wedding appointment. It would have been more considerate to inform me of this prior to my return. While I hesitate to bring up this point, I did not feel welcomed from the start and couldn't help but wonder if my race played a role in the treatment I received.
Love Nails used to be a fantastic spot for nail services. I had been a loyal customer for more than ten years. Richard and Donna, the previous owners, always greeted me warmly. However, they left when a new owner took over, claiming he wasn't a good person. Since their departure, the current staff at the salon seem unwelcoming and reluctant to provide service, regardless of the time or day. The quality of the service has also declined, especially when Jennifer does nails – they often turn out rough, bumpy, and uneven. Save yourself the trouble and visit a salon that values your patronage.
