I have frequented this salon for years. Jen is truly exceptional in delighting her clients. Each visit, I indulge in a pedicure and nail art, and I have consistently been impressed with the service! Being mobility challenged, they go out of their way to cater to my needs. The entire team, including Tyler, is incredibly warm and accommodating. They even allow you to doze off if it's not busy 😊! All requests are met with utmost attention and cooperation to ensure a holistic service experience! I wholeheartedly endorse this salon!
My first and final visit to this establishment... The decor is in dire need of a revamp, and cleanliness is lacking. The entire experience was uncomfortable and far from relaxing... The promised massage chair during the pedicure was nonexistent, and the pedicure itself was painful... The technician was overly forceful and rushed, making the experience excruciating... The nail artist was constantly engrossed in her phone... From start to finish, it was a dismal and overpriced affair... I will not be returning.
A return visit is out of the question! They expect payment and gratuity but deliver nail services as they please. When confronted, they respond defensively and with an attitude! My natural nails are suffering, and the salon's hygiene is consistently subpar! I wish I could give zero stars, but I settled for one just to share my feedback! Ladies, be cautious!🤬🤬🤬
