I was referred to Jaden by a friend after sustaining a sudden shoulder injury. To cut a long story short, I had lost complete range of motion and couldn't lift my arm. After receiving no clear explanation from doctors about my condition, I was optimistic that Jaden could assist me. From our initial phone call, I felt such positive energy. She was very accommodating and managed to fit me in the following day! Upon meeting her, she was so kind and welcoming. Her establishment was also very inviting and pristine. Before my session, she conducted a thorough assessment of my condition, posture, and other imbalances. Throughout the service, she ensured my comfort, explained some areas that could be improved, gave me advice and techniques to incorporate into my training routines, and displayed extensive knowledge about the body... I learned a great deal! After the session, she took photos to reassess my posture and to my surprise, my body was more aligned than at the start of the session! I can't express enough how amazing Jaden is at what she does. She is incredibly passionate and it shines through! Since then, I have had more sessions with her, as we have devised a plan for my recovery. Following my first session, I left with improved range of motion in my arm and now, a week later, I have full range! While there's still progress to be made, Jaden has helped me make significant strides not only in healing my shoulder but in other areas of my body. Every week, I am eager to learn something new during our sessions! I wholeheartedly recommend her! 10/10 recommend!
