Why have a store if you’re going to stereotype, follow and annoy your customers? I never understand these kinds of stores. The Customer Service here is one of the reasons why people decide to shop online. Shameful practices and the prices are high for hair and clothes that you can buy cheaper online. Joke business. Wouldnt recommend.
Very unhelpful staff. Not often so I leave a bad review like this but just go across the street to cedar beauty. Even if the variety is lacking over there, the prices are less and they are willing to help with products and services.
They wouldn't stop following me around the store!!!!! What is wrong with you?!?! It was my first time there and literally EVERY AISLE I WENT TO, they followed me. And the best part? Whenever I would ask about ANY product (the acrylic nail cutters, this eyeshadow, whether they had a type of cleansing conditioner I wanted) they were rude and had no ability to help me. I won't ever go there again. The old guy at one point was lingering in the hair care aisle and I caught him staring at me and then he quickly looked away. Save yourself the trip and go to cedar beauty across the street if you want to be treated like a customer, not a criminal.
