So far so good. Today I visited this diner for the first time. I was greeted as soon as I came in and assisted promptly. The diner is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I only get regular non toxic tea on my table and I bring my own sugar, honey, and creamer. Today I came to rectify something another diner did incorrect. I gave the specialty coffee a try and was not satisfied at a different location. However the barista who assisted me today made sure he listened to my wants and needs as it pertained to my coffee. My drink tastes rich as it should and I simply got a refill today. I will be returning in about 2 weeks to get a dessert and another coffee. I entered the nail salon for a gel pedicure. The salon was not busy, with only a few customers being serviced. I stated my service preference and was informed of a 15-minute wait. After the customer ahead of me was finally serviced after 15 minutes, I waited an additional 15 minutes, totaling a 30-minute wait. I inquired if there was someone available to assist me and was told that someone might be on their way, suggesting I wait longer. Unwilling to wait further as I had prior commitments, I left and found another salon. Honest communication regarding the wait time would have been appreciated rather than sitting idly.
