So far so good. Today I visited this diner for the first time. I was greeted as soon as I came in and assisted promptly. The diner is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I only get regular non toxic tea on my table and I bring my own sugar, honey, and creamer. Today I came to rectify something another diner did incorrect. I gave the specialty coffee a try and was not satisfied at a different location. However the barista who assisted me today made sure he listened to my wants and needs as it pertained to my coffee. My drink tastes rich as it should and I simply got a refill today. I will be returning in about 2 weeks to get a dessert and another coffee. I will likely remain a customer here.
The moment I walked in and he asked, "What can I get for you?" I asked if he can make me a custom order and he said he didn't know how to make it. Another gentleman who was the chef said it would be a wait but he could prepare it. The dish is lumpy & uneven, which has led to a wrong order! And a side change on my plate (because the appetizer was like an amuse-bouche) I was charged $140.
I always get a latte and my croissant with 5 toppings when I go to the diner. I am almost never disappointed. They never skimp on the espresso in my drink. Which is important to me. I have been going here for over 20 years.
