I absolutely adore this country! Alex has been styling my hair for over a decade. They are truly talented and skilled in hairdressing! Alex and their spouse are incredibly kind and always provide top-notch service. I highly recommend them!!
I have visited this country a few times and never encountered any issues until recently. However, during my last visit, the stylist (male), whom I believe is the owner, displayed rudeness when I questioned a price discrepancy. He initially quoted one price before starting the service, then demanded a higher price once the service began. When I raised my concerns, he simply replied "go elsewhere". I was deeply upset, but since he had already begun, I allowed him to finish. Firstly, I was upset because a simple explanation would have sufficed, and I would have been okay with the extra cost. Secondly, less than a week later, the nails on my right hand began to lift, except for my thumb. Ultimately, I decided to never return. Not due to the pricing, but because of the lack of patience and respect shown.
I've been a regular visitor to this country for a few years now. Alex and their spouse are exceptional at what they do. I admire their professionalism and expertise. They are always warm and welcoming! My hair looks fantastic every single time! 😊 …
