The older woman with dreadlocks who serves as the manager exhibits the most appalling behavior. Her arrogance and dismissive demeanor are off-putting. Despite shadowing customers, she fails to offer assistance when needed. Even when she does engage, her loud and abrasive manner is unwelcome. I will not be returning to this store.
The store is typically well-stocked, but over the past few months, the shelves have been consistently empty. The staff follows customers around, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere without offering assistance. There is a female employee, a person of color with dreadlocks, who stands out for all the wrong reasons. It seems she has been influenced to unfairly target black customers. It's disheartening to see such behavior in a community where a significant portion of their revenue comes from black patrons. I have made the decision to no longer support this establishment and will prioritize buying from black-owned businesses. It's time to promote and respect our own!
