I entered the nail salon for a gel pedicure. The salon was not busy, with only a few customers being serviced. I stated my service preference and was informed of a 15-minute wait. After the customer ahead of me was finally serviced after 15 minutes, I waited an additional 15 minutes, totaling a 30-minute wait. I inquired if there was someone available to assist me and was told that someone might be on their way, suggesting I wait longer. Unwilling to wait further as I had prior commitments, I left and found another salon. Honest communication regarding the wait time would have been appreciated rather than sitting idly. I have no intention of returning; this place lacks professionalism.
Accompanied by my spouse, we visited this shop where an older Asian lady attended to our nails. Her attitude was unpleasant, causing my nails to bleed during the service. My spouse and I had a dreadful experience, and our nails were unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against this establishment!
This nail salon will never see me again! The individual named Julia who performed my pedicure was extremely rude and unprofessional!! Upon entering, I was not greeted at the front desk despite making eye contact with Julia. Surprisingly, after I left, Julia chased me into the mall, offering assistance. Initially declining, I eventually returned for service. I refuse to tolerate disrespect and unprofessionalism from Julia or any other staff. My money is valued everywhere, and I won't subject myself to such treatment. First impressions matter.
