I have conflicting feelings about awarding this establishment 5 stars. My experiences have consistently been positive. I hope for their success, yet I cherish the familiarity of my preferred nail technicians.
My previous visits for pedicures were satisfactory, but my recent appointment for an acrylic set was a disappointment. Despite scheduling two full sets for a friend and myself, along with a pedicure for my mother, we experienced significant delays. I was taken back 20 minutes late, my mother 35 minutes late, and my friend's appointment was delayed by an hour. Walk-in customers were attended to before us. The manicure I received was rushed and painful; the technician neglected to prepare my nails properly for the powder, used incorrect nail extensions, missed areas during application, and failed to clean up properly. Moreover, the final result was marred by bumps, bubbles, and leftover acrylic. I intend to rectify this at Annie's across the street promptly. Additionally, the pricing exceeded the online rates, and I was provided with costly products I did not request. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
