This is a salon that I frequently visit and until today they have always done an amazing job. I usually see Karen who does fantastic pedicures. She never misses a detail, takes her time to clean your feet, and is very polite. Paul, the owner, usually does my nails, but today he was too busy. So, Sasha did my full set. I have had Sasha do my nails before, but I do not recommend her. She is rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She does not listen to your instructions and does as she pleases. I informed her that I was not satisfied with my nails long before she finished, but she ignored me and continued. As she was finishing, I pulled my hands away and told her I did not like my nails. I approached Paul, who was finishing up with another client, and asked if he had time the next day to fix my nails. He replied, "No, you should have told me before she applied the polish." I was so upset that I was in tears. I just paid and left. I found a nearby salon called Glamour Nails, and they fixed my nails beautifully. Thank you to Bella. This salon used to be my go-to place for nails, but I will never visit it again. I will post a picture showing my pinky nail, which was fixed by Bella, and the rest of my nails, which were done by Sasha.
My nail technician Alex has been doing my nails for over 10 years. He understands my nails and knows exactly what I want and need. Excellent work. All the technicians at the salon are friendly.
As I always say, there is some truth in every review. They are skilled at their job, but some are slower while others work faster and more efficiently. If you walk in without an appointment, even before someone with an appointment, you will have to wait, which is normal and not favoritism. They are good at what they do, but they are not the best in the area.
