Dylan at Oasis is fantastic. He provided excellent service. I haven't been this pleased with a haircut/style in a while. He even welcomed me back graciously a few days later when I wanted to make a change. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Entered the establishment with my parent for the first time and was greeted by the kind, and exceptionally welcoming receptionist Casey. It was my parent's initial visit to receive a facial and they thoroughly enjoyed the service. I discovered that Jordan, who performed the facial for my parent, extended her shift just to accommodate their appointment, which I truly appreciate. I had a scheduled appointment with Samira for a sugaring service and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I admire the meticulous attention she paid to ensure she removed all the hairs from my body and ensured my comfort without experiencing any discomfort during the service. I had been a client of Samira's at a different salon before and heard she had started working at a new location so I decided to give it a try. I can confidently say Oasis medspa has truly set a new standard for me in the spa experience haha! Overall, I would highly recommend booking a service here!
The service and team were both exceptional. The receptionists were both extremely friendly and helpful. Taylor gives an outstanding massage and my facial by Jamie was phenomenal. Both highly recommended. Unfortunately, the new location lacks the calming ambiance and coziness of the previous place. The new space feels too clinical and cold, and the rooms are quite small and cramped. Not nearly as cozy.
