The photographs speak for themselves. Initially, she worked on the right eyebrow and it turned out great, just the way I prefer it. However, when she tried to replicate it on my left eyebrow (mirroring it), it was a big NOPE. She ended up removing too much hair, creating a noticeable gap where there should have been hair. It's like a step up in that area, and it's white because there's usually hair there that the sun hasn't touched. This is the second time this has happened. The results are inconsistent. I was planning to have them done before my vacation so I wouldn't have to worry about them, but now I have to fill them in and risk looking silly. I won't be returning to that place.

This establishment is absolutely dreadful. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. They have no regard for appointments. They prioritize those they consider "difficult to make wait." What prompted me to rate them so poorly is the fact that a staff member named Happy waxed my chin, resulting in my skin being removed. I thought it might have been a one-time mishap, but the same thing occurred the following month when they waxed my brow. This level of unprofessionalism and poor quality is unacceptable. However, being located on Jamaica Avenue ensures they will always have customers, so they seem unconcerned about maintaining standards.

I was in and out in approximately 5 minutes. The woman who did my eyebrows was incredibly courteous. Normally, I experience pain during this process, but this time, I felt only pressure. I would definitely revisit this establishment.
