They don't allow walk-ins, so I scheduled an appointment with them on the same day. When I arrived for the appointment, there was no attempt to inform me that they couldn't accommodate me. Instead, I waited for 30 minutes for the person I had an appointment with to finish with a client, only to then take on another client without acknowledging my presence. I ended up leaving without getting my nails done at all. It also appears that either no one speaks English or they choose not to when interacting with non-Hispanic clients.
Rosie does fantastic hair without causing damage, Maria fixed my nails. They are truly exceptional.
But how awful, sadly I paid for everything... but I won't be returning. It seems like they only prioritize people they are familiar with. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend it! (Not living up to the expectations.. my nails look uneven.. wouldn't suggest.)
