I've been a patron for nearly a decade. Fifi is the only stylist who understands my hair needs. Professional and not driven solely by profit, she provides valuable advice on hair care.
This establishment is subpar; the work is incredibly messy. Resie has her family assisting her, and their braiding skills are lacking. Despite apologizing and offering a free redo next time, why would I return? My hair looks disheveled, with braids coming loose. I will not be returning.
Resie is extremely unprofessional. Asked for medium knotless box braids, but received large, messy box braids instead. Additionally, had an appointment but walk-in clients were served before me. While doing my hair, she had her sister and another worker finish the braids she started so she could tend to other clients simultaneously. This lack of focus could explain why my braids turned out sloppy and unattractive. It seems like she only prioritizes her Instagram-famous clients.
