The photographs speak for themselves. Initially, she worked on the right eyebrow and it turned out great, just the way I prefer it. However, when she tried to replicate it on my left eyebrow (mirroring it), it was a big NOPE. She ended up removing too much hair, creating a noticeable gap where there should have been hair. It's like a step up in that area, and it's white because there's usually hair there that the sun hasn't touched. This is the second time this has happened. The results are inconsistent. I was planning to have them done before my vacation so I wouldn't have to worry about them, but now I have to fill them in and risk looking silly. They don't allow walk-ins, so I scheduled an appointment with them on the same day. When I arrived for the appointment, there was no attempt to inform me that they couldn't accommodate me. Instead, I waited for 30 minutes for the person I had an appointment with to finish with a client, only to then take on another client without acknowledging my presence. I ended up leaving without getting my nails done at all.
