First visit today. The service was warm, the person who did my nails made me feel at ease. She did an excellent job. I'm thrilled with my nails. I'd suggest getting your nails done here.
On 1/20, I requested a dip manicure with a gel, chrome top coat. The individual applied a base layer of gel, 2 dip layers, and then 3 gel layers. Despite my repeated inquiries if it was dip, he insisted it was. My friend beside me, who also got the same, received dip nails with just one gel topcoat, as we had asked. I let it slide as the nails looked good and the customer service was excellent. However, by the next morning on 1/21, my thumb nail had come off. By 1/22, my pinky was also missing. Since I don't reside in Riverside, I can't drop by to have it fixed. At this point, it felt like a waste of $70.
Visited KC Nails for the first time today. My child was really happy with the service. It was even better that the technician Amy was genuinely friendly and chatted with her. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.
