Regrettably, dissatisfaction lingers from my visit to JCP Salon in Woodbury. The service felt rushed, leaving my haircut choppy and uneven. The requested dark, cool tone brunette and blonde ombre turned into chunky highlights and unblended brunette roots. My once healthy hair now bears the brunt of excessive bleach damage.
Elle's service for my 5 children's haircuts was exceptional. Across 3 appointments, she displayed attentiveness and sweetness. I would gladly return for her expertise.
