Had an unpleasant experience at this location. Brought my child here for a haircut, but it was one of the worst cuts I have ever witnessed. The stylist only spent 8-10 minutes cutting my child's hair. It felt like she was rushing to attend to other customers. I will never return to this establishment. Her station was the second or third one on the left side. It would have been better if she had dedicated more time to the haircut. When we got home, my child was disappointed about it 😔☹️😞😕🙁😢!
Michelle was fantastic. We attempted to visit another establishment (a budget-friendly salon) before midday, and they informed me they were fully booked for the day. I managed to check in online beforehand. Initially, the estimated wait time was 52 minutes, but it turned out to be less than 30. People should really utilize this feature.
