To my surprise, Maria personally answered my call, a rarity in today's healthcare landscape. Our conversation was professional, friendly, and informative. As a Physical Therapist, I was seeking a comprehensive treatment approach beyond mere manipulation, and Maria promptly directed me to Dr. Franklin. He provided thorough evaluation, explained his athletic treatment background, and communicated effectively with my daughter. It is evident that Maria prioritizes the well-being of her clients and upholds high standards of care at Wellness Springs. Dr. Franklin's expertise is commendable, and we eagerly anticipate our next appointment with him.

What a dreadful ordeal: On February 1st, 2024, Dr. Maria informed me that my insurance would cover 10 complimentary sessions. I mentioned my preference to wait for insurance approval and to know the copay beforehand to avoid any surprises. Despite my concerns, she assured me everything was in order. However, on 03/09/2024, after my session with Dr. Franklin, he revealed that I needed to pay $40 per session as my insurance had denied the free sessions. Dr. Perri had not informed me or sent any bills. When I confronted her, she made no apologies, claiming ignorance of the insurance decision. To my dismay, she charged my credit card $200 without consent on 03/10/2024. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from facing a similar situation.
