This salon is undoubtedly one of the cleanest and most professional establishments in the city. My partner always asks for Natasha, who consistently delivers an incredible cut and shave while also being kind and attentive. Natasha's cuts are always flawless, setting a standard that no other hairdresser can match. Michael, the owner, contributes to the lively atmosphere with his humor and witty jokes. If I could, I'd give them even more stars for their exceptional service.
First visit to see Michelle since my previous hairdresser retired. Exceptional haircut precisely as I asked for and a true expert. The warm towel at the end of the haircut was a lovely touch, never experienced that before. Great sense of humor too. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon.
Recently lost my hairdresser...moved to Florida; decided to try out Empire...so happy I did...Michelle was friendly when I entered the salon...I picked Natasha for my first trim and was pleased I did. She listened to my request for a short fade, gave a couple of suggestions, and off we went. She was precise, gentle, and took great care to achieve an excellent result...I will definitely return!
