As I mentioned, I was content with the cut but they should truly update their site and display what each stylist charges. I've been to other salons where this is standard.
This has no tie to the service or the folks. They were super kind and I was overjoyed with my hair, he was so charming and outstanding. He adeptly fixed my embarrassing self-messed face framing attempt. 😂 My sole gripe was the clarity of pricing. On the site it states a vague $32+ I didn’t think much of it and assumed my hair cut would be in the $30 range, but I was charged $50.00 much to my surprise. (Over my budget) I just didn’t expect to pay that as it wasn't shown on the site. They should really display how much each hair stylist charges on the page where you select who you want.
Kristi W deserves 10 stars. He took me as a walk in and totally transformed my hair. I feel great again and had such a pleasant experience with him. This is the first time I've ever left a salon with a huge smile on my face. Thank you, I can't wait to go back.
