Brian visited my elderly community on Thursday since I am unable to venture out to a salon. I was quite anxious, but after several phone conversations, he put me at ease. Brian displayed genuine care and assistance throughout his visit. In no time, I felt as if I had a sister paying me a visit! :) Even my spouse enjoyed his company. Considering my hair's state post-pandemic, COVID, and a negative salon experience from over a year ago, there's been a significant improvement! It will take time due to its length and damage, but Brian listened attentively and fulfilled all my requests. After just one appointment, there's a noticeable enhancement, reigniting my hope for beautiful hair and self-assurance. I eagerly anticipate April! Extremely simple to coordinate with and schedule an appointment. Brian arrived at the residence with all his tools and effortlessly ascended the outdoor stairs. He exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor as he introduced himself. My acquaintance was using a wheelchair, yet Brian managed to shampoo (with a delightful massage), rinse, trim, and style her hair without creating any mess. Brian ensured that my friend felt at ease and meticulously followed her hair styling preferences. It's evident that Brian has discovered his true calling. I wholeheartedly endorse his services!!!
My 92-year-old mother is unable to travel to a salon for her hair care, so I contacted Emily James at Elite Home Salon Care. After leaving a message, Emily promptly responded and scheduled a home visit to give my mother a perm. Emily was absolutely fantastic!!! Her flexibility with scheduling (she came on a Sunday afternoon), punctuality, and provision of all necessary equipment and products were remarkable. She conducted herself professionally and amiably, treating my mother with respect, patience, and kindness. We engaged in comfortable conversation throughout the perm session - it felt just like being at a traditional salon! Upon completion of my mother's hair (approximately 1.5 hours later), she looked marvelous, and the social interaction truly brightened her day!
