Absolutely dreadful experience at the salon! My mother has been a loyal customer for over two decades, always getting her hair highlighted. However, this time with Lucy was a disaster. Lucy was unprofessional and dismissive, not listening to our concerns about the poor quality of the highlights. Despite quoting $180, she charged $220 without a clear explanation. The color turned out yellow instead of blonde, and Lucy blamed it on the natural black and gray of my mother's hair, which was not the case. She also added unnecessary services and refused a refund when we expressed dissatisfaction. It's evident from other reviews that Lucy has a history of dishonesty.
