First time here. My husband and I had pedicures. We both agree that the service was excellent. Very professional, clean, and they took their time. A job well done! 👏
Long time no visit. Needed a quick toe touch-up on a Friday evening. Walked in, immediate service. Toes looked good initially, but gel polish started chipping that same night. Gel should not chip within hours. Rather than returning for a fix, I'll stick to my regular nail salon. This incident reminded me why I hadn't been here in a while. It's not the first time this has happened at this place.
This is my initial visit to this place and...my first impression is somewhat underwhelming. No greetings upon entry, making me feel like an intruder despite the empty shop. My pedicurist was efficient and detail-oriented, meeting my expectations and more. The manicurist also provided great service, but there was a discrepancy in the colors chosen. I requested the same color for both hands and feet, yet ended up with different shades. I assumed it was due to the gel formula and UV light, but it seems more likely to be a labeling error. When I raised my concerns, I was dismissed with a mention of the pedicurist's choice of color. A simple "have a nice day" or offer of a receipt would have been appreciated before they went back to their phones. While the quality matches the price, I will seek services elsewhere.
